THE CHASTAIN PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION
Established 1978
The Chastain Park Civic Association (CPCA) has been serving, supporting, and providing leadership for our park community for 34 years. Chastain Park is a vibrant community with wonderful amenities located within the two cities of Atlanta and Sandy Springs. The community consists of many residential neighborhoods, a business district along Roswell Road and a 268 acre park at its core. The CPCA is a 501c4 non-profit organization focused on Advocacy, Security, and Public Involvement. We fight for our community through a volunteer board of elected representatives (neighbors) that work collaboratively with local governments, institutions and non-profit organizations to address issues that enhance our park community, improve our quality of life and protect our property values.
We host community building events such as the Annual Chastain Park July 4th Parade and the fall/spring Chastain Chill Children's Music Series by the playground. In addition, the CPCA founded the Chastain Park Security Patrol and negotiated the creation of the Chastain Park Trust Funds that support projects in the Park, as well as we have maintained a recommendation and oversight capacity of these funds. You can support the Chastain Park Civic Association (CPCA) through your annual membership of $95, which includes our CP Security Patrol. Donations are welcome as well.
The Voice of Chastain Park
MISSION: In 1978 we were organized to exercise, promote, and protect the privileges and interests of the residents of the Chastain Park Community; to foster a healthy interest in civic affairs of the community; to develop good citizenship; to inquire into civic abuses and to seek reformation thereof; and to further the common good and general welfare of the people of the Chastain Park Community.

Annual Chastain Park 4th of July Parade

The 4th of July festivities were wonderful---Me, with grown children, but with grankids, walked down the parade from her house and enjoyed all the festivities---The kids looked so cute in their decorated bikes, tricycles, skateboards, and the like---Having the fire-engine lead the way was exciting for all. Who ever planned this---did a wonderful job. Thanks - A Chastain Neighbor
