Welcome!
Since 1978, the Chastain Park Civic Association (CPCA) helps make Chastain Park a great place to live, work, and play.  Our members and board are your friends and neighbors, and we are here to serve, improve, and protect Chastain Park. Our annual membership dues are critical in helping the CPCA deliver on our three-fold mission: advocacy, safety, and community building.

To better serve our members and community, we implemented Membership Toolkit (MTK) to manage our Membership Dues, Security Donations, Directory, Events, and Communications.

To JOIN CPCA or LOGIN to your new MTK account, please follow the instructions below:

- Click on the Register>>Login button below
- Select Create Account and fill in the name, email, and password info.
- Click Verify my email and then check your email for a link to complete the process.
- Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish completing the Resident Information forms.

You must use the email where you receive messages from CPCA, then you may change the address if desired. Please do not create a new account if it does not recognize your email address, use the Forgot Password link to access your current user account info.

If you already have an account that uses Membership Toolkit, you can use the same email and password to login.

WHY BECOME A MEMBER?

Since 1978 the Chastain Park Civic Association (CPCA) has helped make Chastain Park a great place to live, work and play.  Our members and board are your friends and neighbors. Contributions to 501(c)(4) organizations, such as the CPCA, generally are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes, but we are all unpaid volunteers, here to serve, improve, and protect Chastain Park. Your $150 annual membership dues are critical in helping the CPCA  in our three-fold mission: advocacy, safety, and community building. 100% of the fees are used to support those efforts. Membership runs through each calendar year.

Vote November 7

On November 7th, the Atlanta Board of Education will hold their election, and I hope you will make your voice heard. Approximately half of our property taxes go to the Atlanta Public Schools, so it is important for us to make an informed decision.

The terms for the Atlanta Board of Education are staggered, so your District Representative may not be up for re-election this year.  However, the At-Large seats represent the entire city.

Below are links to a Voter Guide article on the candidates as well to an information page for early voting dates and locations, information on your voter status, polling locations, and sample ballot.
